The location was near the city centre. i found free parking very useful. staff were friendly. They made everything easier for me.
the radiator's temperature control wasn't working in my room. this was a very minor issue.

comfortable bed friendly staff excellent location
i loved the location it was super walkable to the cathedral shops and theatre the staff were so cute and friendly i really appreciated the beer garden it had shaded tables and the live music stopped at a reasonable time the bed was comfortable and i loved the pillows
the room was a bit dusty, but it didn't bother me too much it was still a super pleasant stay

the staff members were generally helpful cheery and cute i felt looked after throughout my visit their friendliness really made a positive impact i experienced easy access to the city due to the staff support

small room noisy traffic
the breakfast had a good selection of items.
I was disappointed that my standard single room was quite small. the bathroom felt cramped. The shower was especially tiny. also, the noise from outside made it hard to sleep. I heard traffic most of the night, it was so noisy

comfortable chair filling breakfast
The hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The room also featured a comfortable chair and maintained a good temperature , devoid of any unwanted smells. I also found the breakfast very satisfactory. The staff were friendly and the breakfast offered a good filling start to the day.
The shower was electric , and I was not immediately aware that the power switch was located outside the bathroom.
